Booking & Payment

·       All services are booked and paid in advance through our scheduling system.

·       Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

·       Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no charge.

·       Missed or last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable at our discretion.

Scope of Services

·       Confident Baby provides sleep coaching and guidance based on developmental norms and family needs.

·       Services do not replace medical care. Always consult your pediatrician for medical concerns.

All personal information shared in sessions is kept confidential, except as required by law.
