The Reset

1-hour call + custom sleep plan + 1 week of support

We’ll start with a detailed phone consultation to understand your baby’s sleep needs. Then I’ll create a personalized, step-by-step sleep plan just for you. You’ll also have one week of follow-up support via text/email to guide implementation (with one additional check-in call if needed).

The Transformation

Includes everything in The Reset + 2 full weeks of support.
Some changes take time, and I’ll be right by your side. This package gives you a custom sleep plan, two calls, and 14 days of daily text/email coaching and phone support. We’ll adapt as your baby learns new sleep habits.

Best for: big transitions or parents who want ongoing reassurance.

The Immersion (In-Home Sleep Support)

I’ll come to your home and support you and your baby through 3 nights of hands-on sleep coaching. We’ll implement a personalized plan together in real time, with gentle guidance every step of the way.
Includes a pre-visit call, in-home coaching, and 1 week of text/email support after I leave.

Perfect for: families who want expert support in the moment, not just over the phone.
